Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times and rates will vary based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.  

- Standard shipping times are estimates, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing in your country.  

- We deliver Worldwide, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. 

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (where available).  

- If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist with tracking or initiating a claim with the shipping provider.

Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality, small-batch of naturally dyed fabrics, yarn, deadstock and sewing tools. Due to the unique nature of our products, please note the following regarding returns and exchanges:

 

- Fabrics: We do not accept returns on fabrics that have been cut, used, or altered, unless there is a manufacturing defect.  

- Sewing Tools and Equipment: Unused and unopened sewing tools and equipment can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.  

- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a return or exchange.  

- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, or the return is due to an error on our part.  

- Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at eleventhhousefabrics@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. - If a cancellation is made after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable transaction fees (if applicable).
